Dr. Amy Walzel graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Biomedical Sciences and later earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) from Texas A&M. After working in a multi doctor practice, she spent several years providing relief veterinary services at hundreds of clinics, gaining valuable experience and learning a wide variety of treatment approaches and techniques

Throughout her career, Dr. Walzel has performed high volume spay and neuter surgeries for numerous shelters, developing extensive surgical expertise. While she always enjoyed providing mobile house calls, she expanded her practice significantly in 2014 and became fully mobile and operational.

Today, her mission is to deliver quality, comprehensive care while building lasting relationships with clients. She believes in investing in her customers as they invest in her practice. Dr. Walzel and her team provide care for a wide variety of animals, including household pets, wildlife, exotics, and large animals. Her experience ranges from caring for deer triplets, zebras, and giraffes to dogs and cats.
